David commenced his Estate Agency career with a Chartered Surveying based company in Brentwood in 1985 before his first experience of life in Billericay in 1989. He has worked throughout the local area, as well as in London and Oxford but the lure to be near to his large family and the close ties of this area brought him back in July 2002 to head up Quirks Lettings and Management.
David prides himself having been a Letting Agent for over 23 years, which he feels gives him a different perspective on the future of rental and has been extensively trained in the legal complexities of the Letting's Industry.
